Born in Paris and currently living in Spain, Pascale is an economist with a DEA (1st year of doctorate) from Paris University Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, California. She is also a professional coach, certified by the Spanish Coaching Association (ASESCO), and a certified Co-development facilitator from Qréo Syscodev (http://www.qreo.fr), fluent in French, Spanish & English.
Pascale has more than 20 years business experience in senior executive positions in corporate sales and international management, working for the France Telecom group and American companies in the high-tech sector.
She has been a Senior Consultant for the Latin Region at Catalyst, the leading non-profit research and advisory organization with a mission to expand opportunities for women and business and currently Spain Director at Sewa beats, a leadership development consultancy whose methodology is rooted in rhythm and music.
