A mastermind group is a small and structured group of people (4 to 8 selected members) who share same interests and who meet regularly to solve problems and learn through group brainstorming and sharing of best practices.

Each meeting is structured and facilitated in a way to guarantee progress and efficiency of the group discussion and member’s achievements. But the “Hot Seats” are what make MMG unique.
This is the moment when a member gets the mindshare and attention of the entire group focused on their specific challenge at the moment. The other members ask questions to clarify the issue, brainstorm ideas and offer insights and solutions. Then each member decides upon their next actions and is held accountable by the group for advancing toward their goals.
The meetings can be in person or virtual (videoconference), held once or twice a month during 6 and 12 months.
I will bring all my expertise as group facilitator as well as my consulting, coaching and training skills to serve the members to:
